Haiquan Launches “Green Mold” Initiative to Help Clients Achieve Carbon Neutrality Goals

In response to the global trend toward sustainable development, Haiquan Plastic Mold has officially launched its “Green Mold” initiative, dedicated to reducing the carbon footprint of mold production and usage through technological innovation. The first batch of eco-friendly mold solutions increases material utilization by 12% and reduces injection molding energy consumption by more than 10%.
The initiative covers full-process services including mold design optimization, compatibility with recyclable materials, and refurbishment of used molds. Haiquan has already signed pilot green mold agreements with three international home goods brands, with an estimated annual CO₂ reduction of approximately 200 tons. The Haiquan technical team stated that all newly developed molds will prioritize detachable structures and low-energy runner designs to drive the industry's transition toward low-carbon manufacturing.
